CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)
HOURS OF OPERATION AND SCHEDULING
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak our offices will have fluctuating hours of operation and we will only be seeing patients in person for whom it is deemed medically essential. Please call our offices so that we are able to help you determine what is medically essential; we will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. All other appointments will be rescheduled once we are able to resume normal business operations.
For the safety of our patients and staff, we are implementing the following:
Only medically essential appointments will be scheduled.
We are screening all patients for symptoms of the virus as well as exposure to the virus. Unfortunately, if you do have symptoms or exposure to the virus, you will not be able to be treated within the office at this time.
Following executive order 2020-7, visitors other than the patient themselves will be prohibited from entering the facility, This means visitors that: are not necessary for the provision of medical care, the support of activities of daily living, or the exercise of power of attorney or court-appointed guardianship for an individual under the facility’s care; are not a parent, foster parent, or guardian of an individual who is 21 years of age or under and who is under the facility’s care; and are not visiting under exigent circumstances or for the purpose of performing official governmental functions.
We are following guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and sanitizing our clinic areas after every patient visit, as always. We have taken additional measures in highly used areas of the office by sanitizing these areas on a regular basis throughout the work day.
Due to the high volume of rescheduled appointments, we are making every effort to condense the daily schedules to maximize our time in the office. All appointments that need to be rescheduled will be given first priority when we are able to resume normal business operations.
We appreciate your understanding as we do our best to remain open and available to our patients during this public health emergency.
