UPDATES AND INFORMATION
CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)
For the safety of our patients and staff, we are implementing the following:
We are screening all patients for symptoms of the virus as well as exposure to the virus. Unfortunately, if you do have symptoms or exposure to the virus, you will not be able to be treated within the office at this time. If appropriate, you will be offered an appointment via telemedicine.
Face coverings are required within our offices.
We are following guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and sanitizing our clinic areas after every patient visit, as always. We have taken additional measures in highly used areas of the office by sanitizing these areas on a regular basis throughout the work day.
Only the patient is allowed in the office at this time. If necessary for support, provision of care, or if the patient is a minor one person may accompany the patient.
We appreciate your understanding as we make these necessary modifications in the best interest of our patients and staff.
TELEMEDICINE (Virtual Appointments)
We are now able to offer both our existing patients and new patients the option of a telemedicine appointment for evaluation and treatment effective immediately.
These appointments will be billed through insurance policies or paid prior to service for cash paying patients.
