Return Policy

The providers of Dermatology Associates of Macomb-Oakland, PC (DAMO) have strategically chosen the products that are sold within our office and are committed to providing our patients with products that are both of high quality and effectivity. If you purchased a product from one of our office locations and are unfortunately dissatisfied with the product, please see our return policy below.

  • Administrative approval is required on all returns.

  • We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returned products may not be altered or damaged.

  • DAMO reserves the right to limit returns for products based on usage. Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 50% of the product. Defective packaging may be an exception.

  • Repeated return requests are subject to review.

  • Items purchased from other avenues (other offices, online, etc.) and not directly from DAMO are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Returns for products purchased with a gift certificate can be exchanged for different product or an in-office credit.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned for cash.

  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.
